Here's the trick: before you sleep, commit aloud. Say "I will wake at 4AM and train" like it's already done. Then set up everything so waking is the path of least resistance. Clothes laid out. Training plan written. Phone out of reach but alarm audible.

When the alarm goes off, your only job is to screenshot it and stand up. Not think about whether to get up. Just stand up. The decision was made last night.
