Terms of Service — Kallirion

Welcome to the Kallirion Movement ("we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, websites, application interfaces, and accountability sprint frameworks (collectively, the "System"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from utilizing the System.

1. Eligibility & Account Security

Target Audience: The System is built as an identity-based execution infrastructure for people seeking absolute operational accountability.

Account Integrity: You are entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your authentication details and account access codes. Any activity occurring under your account is your sole responsibility. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized breach of security.

2. Subscription, Billing, and Global Payments

Merchant of Record: All financial transactions, subscription management processing, global tax compliance enforcement, and invoicing are handled securely through our authorized Merchant of Record, Lemon Squeezy.

Payment Authorities: By entering your billing credentials, you authorize Lemon Squeezy to process all recurring fees, upgrades, and structural tier changes via credit/debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, or other active regional digital rails.

Proration and Upgrades: Subscription tier upgrades initiated via the customer billing portal will be processed immediately with automatic proration calculation applied directly to your current cycle.

3. Acceptable Use & Execution Restrictions

You agree to utilize the Kallirion Movement System strictly for its intended purpose of personal discipline optimization and performance tracking. You are strictly prohibited from:

Engaging in any automated scraping, reverse engineering, or unauthorized API querying of our backend infrastructure or dashboard architectures.
Attempting to bypass, disrupt, or manipulate any internal accountability validation tracks or anti-cheat metrics embedded within the execution systems.
Distributing malicious code, executing DDoS attacks, or overloading our web interfaces and cloud hosting databases.

4. Intellectual Property

All software protocols, front-end visual elements, application interfaces, underlying source code, system documentation, and design branding — including the signature Kallirion wordmarks, typography layouts, and geometric monogram emblems — remain the exclusive intellectual property of the Kallirion Movement. Your paid subscription grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to utilize the software tools, with zero transfer of ownership rights.

5. Termination of Access

We reserve the right, under absolute operational discretion, to suspend or terminate your account infrastructure and deny access to the System instantly, without prior notice or financial liability, if you violate any core framework provision outlined in these Terms or fail to maintain the necessary operational integrity standard.

6. Limitation of Liability

The Kallirion Movement is an execution tracking framework. The System is provided on an "as-is" basis. We offer no guarantees regarding individual productivity output or baseline performance metrics. In no event shall the platform, its founders, or its infrastructure partners be held liable for any indirect, consequential, or system disruption damages resulting from your use or inability to use the platform software.
